We had over 20 boats in our division. We corrected out over Double Bullet an 80' Catamaran. We were the 13th boat to cross the finish line. Jeff's birthday was on Monday after the race. - Happy Birthday Jeff.

Boat Name:
Windancer

Owner:
Scott Duckworth

The following shots are all from differing areas of Narragansett Bay. Pretty much the birthplace of yachting. We race PHRF on Windancer. There is a One Design Fleet of boats( pearson 26) in Bristol I would love to get to sail with but they have a crowed line already with 28 boats starting. Have had many a first over the line in the beer can series however my best after corrected time has always been second. Curse those C&C 25's with outrageous ratings and slick hulls. One shot is from a singlehanded race around Jamestown island. Note me standing on the cockpit seat leaning over the dodger. The background is the Jamestown bridge The other shot is prepping before a tues & thurs race series. Kerry is on the deck running spinnaker lines. The last shot is a 12 meter which has just squared the pole on a jibe with the main going over. Nice shot of her going into the sunset though. The following day we destroyed the spinnaker while racing. I was however offered a 47 foot streamer for my troubles on the foredeck!

Boat Name:Catatonic
Owner: Craig Maggio
Race: Human
Date: Summer 99

Catamaran Beach, Santa Barbara Ca.

Just hanging out and flying hull. " The race is to be the first one to the beach for a cold one on a hot summer day. For that I need the precision and accuracy of my TNG to time my Beer runs and not to get parched on the water" --Stay wet!!
